The Customer can buy the products in the Ineditotango online shop, illustrated in detail on the site. It may occur that an item is not in stock, in which case the wait for the realisation of the aforementioned can go from 20 to 30 working days.

The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by means of an e-mail response, sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. All the prices of the Products are clearly indicated on the site. Shipping costs are adequately highlighted when ordering.

Surya Fashion Style will not be responsible for damage suffered by the products after delivery to the carrier in charge of transport or loss and delays in delivery attributable to the latter.

Invoicing

Surya Fashion Style issues equivalent invoice for the products purchased, when the Products are delivered to the courier for shipment. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer shall prevail. No change in the data will be possible after the invoice has been issued.

Delivery

Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday, during normal office hours, excluding national holidays. The delivery is considered complete when the Product is made available to the Customer at the address specified in the order form.

Shipping to Italy

Delivery takes place within 24/48 hours from the day on which the pick-up is made by the courier. For each shipment there are two free delivery attempts. If in both cases the recipient is absent, the shipment will be sent back to the sender. The cost of shipping is indicated during the purchase phases and in any case it is summarised at the bottom of each page of the site under the heading “Terms of Sale”, paragraph “Shipping costs”.

Shipping to the European Union.

Delivery times take place on average within 2/5 working days depending on the destination. The cost of shipping in Europe varies depending on the country of destination, is indicated during the purchase phases and in any case it is summarised at the bottom of each page of the site under the heading “Terms of Sale”, paragraph “Shipping costs”.

At the time of delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:

That the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document;
That the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials (adhesive tape or metal strapping).

Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately contested, by affixing “written control reserve” on the courier’s proof of delivery.

Once the courier’s document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection about the external characteristics of what has been delivered. Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported immediately.

Payment

Payment for the purchased Products can be made by: Stripe™, credit cards or advance bank transfer.

The user can make the payment by bank transfer, the bank details will be provided by e-mail at the same time as the order. The goods will NOT be shipped until the funds are transferred to our current account.

Right of withdrawal

The Customer has the right to return defective or non-compliant products. From the moment he received the goods from the courier, the Customer has 14 days to inform Surya Fashion Style of the defect or non-conformity and to return the product.

If the Customer returns the product because it is defective or because it is unsuitable, the Surya Fashion Style company will repair it, if this is too costly or takes too long, the product will be replaced, if these two cases cannot be fulfilled, the Surya Fashion Style company will reimburse the Customer for the full amount spent using the same method of payment as the order within 30 days of the communication of the reimbursement.

The Customer can return the purchased product provided that:

The product has not been washed or used in any way;
The product is intact;
The Customer bears all shipping costs;
The products are returned in their original packaging and with the original labels together with the appropriate return note.

After a thorough inspection of the returned goods, Surya Fashion Style will refund the price of the product within thirty-30 days of receipt of notification of the Customer’s goods.

As a rule, customised or customised products cannot be changed.

To have a product of another colour or another size, the Customer must return the original item, because it is intact, and the replacement will be made according to the existence of the product in stock.

Refund

The refund will be made in the same way as the original payment.

Surya Fashion Style will not make any refund until it has received the product in question and has verified the conditions; once the condition of the same has been verified, the Customer will receive a refund equal to the amount indicated within thirty (30) days of receipt of the product.
